How we calculate the fee
Every transaction has two parts: a percentage of the amount and a fixed fee per transaction. Both are listed in the plan description, and there is nothing else.
If a transaction is refunded, the percentage is refunded with it. The fixed fee stays, because the processing has already happened.
What happens if you outgrow a plan
Nothing breaks. If your turnover moves past what a plan covers, we get in touch and offer the next tier. Payments keep working throughout.
